It's been a rough few days with work and my diet hasn't been 100%, but walking through the grocery store I was still able to see how much better my bad days now are versus a normal day years ago. I still have a half a box of girl scout cookies from like 3 months ago! At the gym today I pushed the sled, did the rowing machine, slammed the ball down, and did lunges. It's progress.

I started my fitness journey in September of 2023. I am 5'1 and weighed 220 pounds. I'm a programmer, so my work is largely sedentary, so I got very little activity besides walking my dogs.

As of today, 7/29/24, I have lost 30 pounds and gotten much stronger.
